The craft behind it
Every wedding menu is custom and seasonal, designed around your taste and what's at its peak on your wedding day. Our culinary team prepares everything fresh, on-site, building a full working kitchen at your venue so nothing arrives the way it left the kitchen. We coordinate rentals, linens, and place settings alongside the menu, working with your planner or your own vendors when you have them. Our sommelier builds the bar program alongside the kitchen, so every pairing feels intentional from the first toast to the last dance.
