Philip is not the only reason it goes well
By the time you arrive at your event, hours of work have already happened without you knowing.
The kitchen has been built or set. The prep is done. The timeline has been reviewed, confirmed, and reviewed again. Every dietary need is mapped. The table is set. The bar is ready.
You walk into something that feels effortless. That feeling took a full team to create.
Your evening starts with Joan. From your very first conversation through the final farewell, she is your guide and your planner, thoughtfully mapping every element along the way. Timing, dietary needs, contingencies. Nothing is left to chance and nothing lands on your plate to manage.
From there, the culinary team takes over. Logan, Sun, David, and Jake each bring their own artistry, perspective, and point of view to the kitchen. Think of them as a perfectly curated spice rack: individually distinctive, deeply complementary when combined. Together they execute a menu built for your occasion, cooked on-site, and held to a standard that does not waver regardless of the size of your event.
As your menu takes shape, Martina, our sommelier and general manager, curates the beverage program with the same care. Every cocktail is crafted around your theme. Every wine and beer selection is chosen to complement each course. Every pairing is intentional, chosen to elevate each moment and every bite.
On the day of your event, Dee leads the service team with precision and warmth. She and the staff have worked together long enough to anticipate what is needed before anyone asks and resolve anything before you ever notice it. While the kitchen works behind the scenes, Dee and her team make sure every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and completely present.
And when the evening closes, there is nothing left for you to do but let the experience linger long after the final toast.
That is what we mean when we say hospitality. Not just the event itself, but the people behind it, the care poured into every detail, and the feeling your guests carry home long after the night ends.
Depending on your event, eight to twenty people are working that night with one shared goal: that you and your guests are completely present for all of it.
One team. One standard. Every time.
If something is on the horizon, just reply to this email. I read each and every one. I love hearing about what people are planning, and I will introduce you to Joan from there. Reach out. We’re here.
